| It all began with a simple and happy-go-lucky guy named Joseph. He was a food lover and coffee connoisseur. The man loved his food and coffee so much that he is always eager to share with others his knowledge in healthy eating and making a great cup of coffee. |

His passion can be seen and tasted in the simple yet tasty food and coffee he serves created with lots of care, generous amount of enthusiasm and a dash of elegance.
